المهارات المطلوبة
Responsibilities:
  • Govern TAQNIA’s media presence locally and internationally
  • Lead TAQNIA’s social media activation and provide analytics
  • Ensure proper management and oversight of all administrative and legal documents related to PRC with external stakeholders.
  • Meet all CC needs of TAQNIA and subsidiaries
  • Assist with Stakeholder Engagement and CRM exercises
  • Assist in developing TAQNIA’s annual Marketing Plan

  • Develop TAQNIA’s relations with Media outlets across platforms

  • Recommend key opportunities and initiatives related to PRC

  • Work closely with all vendors and consultants

  • Assist in selection and procurement of corporate gifts

  • Assist in creating engaging content for use across all platforms

  • Update website content continuously and provide monthly reports

  • Proof reading and translation of content related to marketing directives

  • Develops and designs all content templates for the use by the company, including events and all activities

  • Support in the development of interviews/speeches/presentations and other content creation in line with marketing directives

  • Design and manage all published content (written, graphic, and video)

  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

  • Identifies potential corporate needs and share recommendations on future initiatives to increase client (employee) satisfaction

  • Work closely with consultants and vendors on various projects

  • Support PRC team in all its initiatives and activities

  • Ensures the PRC SharePoint site is always up-to-date

  • Leads archiving and digitization of all paper based documents


Experience: 0-2 Year in Communications, Marketing, Sales and Design, or Operations role.


Education: Bachelor's Business (Marketing), Public Relations, Advertising, Translation or any related field.
