· Prepare job vacancy advertisements.
· Carries out assessment and shortlist of applications.
· Schedules interviews, invites candidates for interview and whenever appropriate participates in the interviewing process.
· Prepares and negotiates job offers with selected candidates.
· Participates in conducting orientation and induction training for new staff
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
· Assist in preparing manpower plan.
· Perform other job related duties as assigned.
